From the North / East, take interstate 90 West to exit 55 (route 219). Stay on route 219 until you reach the Mile Strip Road East exit (2nd Milestrip Rd. exit). Follow Milestrip Rd. to Southwestern Blvd. (rte 20), turn left on Southwestern Blvd. At the next light turn left onto Orchard Park Rd. (Rt. 240), stay to the left of the fork in the road. At the next light, Duff’s restaurant will be on the left. Turn left onto Weiss Ave. immediately after Duff’s. We are the 3rd driveway on the left on Weiss Ave.

From the South / West, take interstate 90 East to exit 56 Milestrip Rd. in Blasdell. Turn left onto Milestrip after toll is paid. You will pass McKinley Mall, Abbot Rd., Target Plaza. You will pass 219 entrance and exits. Turn left on Southwestern Blvd. At the next light turn left onto Orchard Park Rd. (Rt. 240), stay to the left of the fork in the road. At the next light, Duff’s restaurant will be on the left. Turn left onto Weiss Ave. immediately after Duff’s. We are the 3rd driveway on the left on Weiss Ave.

From Hampton Inn to Gymnastics Unlimited:
Turn left onto Ridge Rd (heading east), turn right onto Orchard Park Rd. Follow Orchard Park Rd for 3-4 miles, turn right onto Weiss Ave. (situated between Immediate Care Center and Duff's Restaurant). There is a sign at the corner of Orchard Park Rd. & Weiss Ave. that reads "Bally's Total Fitness" and "Leisure Rinks" entrance. Gym is 3rd driveway on the left, 5 minutes from Gymnastics Unlimited.
