Recreation classes for preschool to 18 years (boys and girls)
• Structured Classes are according to age and ability, individually challenged, safe progressions
Boys and Girls developmental teams
• Progress at a faster rate. It involves more
intense skills and conditioning compared to the
recreational classes. The children get prepared for
competitions by being involved in 3 fun meets a year.
Boys and Girls competitive team
• Starting at Level 4 for girls and boys. It involves a giant step into gaining strength, flexibility and self-esteem.
Group field trips
• Offered for 1 hours trips, priced per child.
Birthday parties
• 1 ½ hrs - 2 hrs of fun, games, equipment time and no mess for moms.
Private and Semi-Private
Lessons
• Individual instruction with great results.
